Production Supervisor

• Responsible for production management for HSCA or Jumper products;
• Ensure production safe at any time;
• Responsible for all basis training and re-education (not include technical);
• Supporting no reached target analysis items of PPM (Part Per Million) and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectives), and tracking;
• Lead Workshop and CIT include any type of cost reduction;
• Through management and Tools skill, ensure PPM, external complaints be reduced minimum;
• With advanced process establish assessment of Phase 4, and suggest how to solve;
• Reduce direct labor and improve PPH include any type of cost saving ;
• Ensure production process be effective and usually audit in house;
