What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, and operational goals
• Monitor plant performance and implement improvements to optimize productivity and efficiency
• Coach, develop, and support team members to drive engagement and performance
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and leadership teams to resolve issues and meet production targets

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $77,180 to $102,900 annually plus bonus incentive eligibility
