·Utilizing PRTG Monitoring for events

·Alertsite Web monitoring

·SQL query runs

·Shift work 4/3 - Night Position

·Defined nightly check lists

·Escalation procedures

·Ability to stay on task and follow process

·Top skills/preferences in the role (please include any relevant technologies needed):

·Alert handling

·SQL Server (Windows, Linux)

·Citrix

·RDP
