We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Team Lead to join our prototyping division. Production Team lead plays a critical role in assembly and manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, robotics, or a relevant technical field, frequently paired with commercial/management training.
• 5+ years of experience in high-tech manufacturing
• Experience in production technologies, assembly components and electronics
• Managerial experience
• Fluent Dutch

Key responsibilities:

• Translating engineering designs and prototypes into scalable, high-volume, and production-ready manufacturing workflows.
• Leading, motivating, and training production staff.
• Maintaining and developing manufacturing and QA documentation, and strictly ensuring adherence to GMP/compliance standards.
• Working directly with R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality Control to ensure a smooth technical lifecycle from the product roadmap to delivery
