Responsibilities:

- Supervise production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Oversee the implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock levels are maintained at the optimal level.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and that any mechanical issues are addressed promptly.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure that production is meeting its goals and objectives.
- Identify and address any issues that may impact production operations, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a warehouse management role, preferably as a Production Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and shipping and receiving procedures.
- Experience with warehouse management systems and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to ensure that equipment is properly maintained.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in logistics or a related field is desirable.
