About this role

Die Rolle umfasst die Montage und Fertigung in der Produktion sowie die Mitarbeit beim Aufbau und der Optimierung von Fertigungslinien. Ihre Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit beim Aufbau von Fertigungslinien
  • Überwachung der technischen Anlagen
  • Mitarbeit beim Optimieren von Prozessen
  • Bearbeiten von Fertigungsaufträgen, Durchführen von Arbeitsgängen
  • Rückmelden von Aufträgen und Arbeitsgängen im System
  • Sicherstellen des korrekten Teilebestandes
  • Durchführen vorgeschriebener Prüfungen
  • Durchführen von Reparaturen und Wartungen nach Vorgabe
  • Erfassen der Prüfdaten
  • Überwachen der Produkt- und Arbeitsqualität
  • Einleiten von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Qualität
  • Konsequente Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheits- und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften, Umweltschutzauflagen sowie der Ergonomie- und Energiemanagement-Anforderungen

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung zum Facharbeiter (Industriemechaniker, Werkzeugmacher, Industrieelektriker, Energieelektroniker, Mechaniker oder Mechatroniker)
  • Alternativer Nachweis der Qualifikation durch eine min. 4-jährige Berufserfahrung im Aufgabenbereich
  • Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen (industrielle Fertigung) im Bereich Montage vorteilhaft
  • Kenntnis von LEAN Methoden, DEV: SAP, MS Office
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, Persönlichkeit mit Eigenmotivation und Teamfähigkeit
