Product/Platform Manager_EM_RBCE

Bosch Electric Drive Systems Co., Ltd. (RBCE) was established in Nanchang in Jan 2025 as a joint venture between Bosch and Jiangling Motor Corporation Group (JMCG), with Bosch holding a 60% stake and JMCG owning 40%. RBCE is primarily responsible for the development, application, production, sales, and servicing of electric drive axle systems for light commercial vehicles.

Job Roles: Product/Platform manager, overall responsible for the product development, maintenance

Responsibilities:

• Collect requirements from customer project team and transfer to internal PE products development target
• Lead cross-function (Hardware, Mechanic, software, reliability, purchasing, QMM, manufacturing, etc..) to develop new PE product and fulfill QCD requirement by following development process
• Organize regular meeting to highlight the development target and track the status from all responsible functions
• Track product development design changes, OPL, and responsible for risk management
• Support of problem-solving during development phase
• Organize quality gate milestone review of platform project
• Responsible for the developing product R&D budget management

职责：

• 收集客户项目团队的需求，并转化为内部PE产品的开发目标
• 领导跨职能团队（硬件、机械、软件、可靠性、采购、质量、生产等），按照开发流程开发新的PE产品，并满足QCD（质量、成本、交付）要求
• 组织定期会议，明确开发目标并追踪各负责职能的进展状态
• 追踪产品开发的设计变更和开放问题列表（OPL），并负责风险管理
• 在开发阶段支持问题解决
• 组织平台项目的质量门里程碑评审
• 负责开发中产品的研发预算管理

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above in Power Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics, etc. 

• >3 years of experience in Automotive PE product application, prefer working experience in below rols: TPM, product manager, OEM PE product engineer

•    Knowledge in Automotive PE products (Inverter is preferred) 

•    Familiar with Inverter development process 

•    Experience in system engineering requirement management methods 

•    Familiar with component knowledges in PE products, e.g. PMoC, DC-Link, EMC-filter, PCBA, etc...

•    Basic Knowledge of electronics in high voltage system

•    Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit

•    Good leadership and conflicts management in team cooperation

•    High sensitive about cost control, competition products

•    Result orientation

•    Good written and verbal English skills

•    Willingness to work and interact in international team
