Program Coordinator

About the role

Restart Inc. is looking for experienced group home Program Coordinators for our facilities in South Minneapolis. Successful candidates will enjoy a fast paced environment and the opportunity to work with clients who have minimal physical care needs.

Responsibilities

• This person will provide medical appointment support and coordination, along with programmatic support and coordination.
• The position is on a rotating, on call schedule and applicant must be able to handle emergency situations
• Onboard new employees following site specific regulations
• Plan activities that engage the residents
• Work along side the Site Manager daily in one location serving up to nine individuals coordinating all medical, financial and programming needs
• Work confidently with various team members and advocate for the best outcomes for the persons you serve.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to self-direct task prioritization.
• Candidates must be experienced in MA and other benefit programs along with SSI and other available disability programs.
• A valid drivers license is required.
• Program Coordinators should possess 2 years managing experience, be very detail orientated and technology savvy.
