Program Operations & Support
- Support the planning and execution of SALAM programs and events, including day-of coordination and follow-up.
- Serve as a point of contact for program participants and volunteers, responding to questions and helping resolve issues.
- Coordinate logistics such as scheduling support, confirmations, check-in processes, room readiness, supplies, and materials preparation.
- Assist instructors/program leads by ensuring spaces are prepared and resources are available. Engage with attendees to ensure a welcoming, organized, and supportive experience.
- Collect basic feedback and operational notes to support continuous improvement.
- Support leadership in exploring opportunities for new programs or partnerships by identifying needs and assisting with logistics planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Organizational Skills: Ability to support multiple programs and timelines with strong attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using tools such as Microsoft 365, forms, spreadsheets, and basic scheduling systems.
- Community-Focused: Ability to connect with community members and respond thoughtfully to participant needs.
- Cultural & Islamic Values Awareness: Upholds Islamic etiquette and values; communicates respectfully in a manner aligned with SALAM’s environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in program coordination, administrative support, customer service, event support, or community outreach (nonprofit experience a plus).

Schedule & Hours
