The anticipated salary range is up to $115,000.00, ​plus annual incentive bonus of up to 10%. Actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location. For internal teammates, a compensation percentage increase will be reviewed and determined in partnership with HR, taking into consideration internal equity and relevant experience.

Position Summary

The Program Manager leads the process automation delivery function, managing the Process Engineer and Execution Project Managers to drive process improvement and deployment execution. Partners with the Solutions Architect and Integration Project Manager to ensure architected solutions are grounded in sound process design and executed smoothly through go-live and stabilization.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee process analysis and improvement work feeding into automation initiatives
• Build business cases for process improvements, including cost/benefit analysis
• Own execution-stage program management across deployment, cutover, and stabilization
• Partner with the Solutions Architect and Integration Project Managers to align process design with solution architecture
• Track program-level metrics: savings, throughput, and ROI across execution workstreams
• Escalate resource, risk, and timeline issues to the Director of Process Automation
• Build and maintain the process automation execution roadmap in partnership with leadership
• Travel up to 50%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, industrial engineering, or related fields
• 5-7+ years in program management required, with experience in both process engineering and operations management
• Experience managing a team spanning process engineering and program execution
• Experience in distribution, warehousing, or supply chain operations, preferred.
• Experience with WMS integration are a plus
• Experience with PowerBI. and Smart Sheets are a plus
• Advanced Excel Skills

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Track record delivering process improvement and automation initiatives at scale
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and operational teams

• Familiarity with WMS, robotics, or physical automation technologies
