Job Summary:
The Supported Living Program Manager oversees Direct Support Professionals, Lead DSPs, and, when applicable, Assistant Program Managers. The Program Manageris responsible forthe daily operation of Supported Living services and works with ISP Teams and supported individuals to ensure quality services and supports that promote independence and community inclusion.
Minimum Qualifications:
Eligibility for Employment
- Ability to passan initialcriminal history check from the Department of Human Services Criminal Records Unit and recheck every 2yearsafter.
- Be a citizen of the United States or legally able to work in the United States
- Must be at least eighteen years old and hold a current driving license, insurance, anda good drivingrecord.
- Ability to complete required training and annual training thereafter.
- The ability tomaintainregular attendance and to perform tasks outlined in this description (with or withouta reasonableaccommodation) is an essential function of this position.
Knowledge, Education, and Experience
- One year of experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
- Intermediate computer/technical literacy.
- Experience or willingness to learn leadership and teaching skills.
- Experience inrecording documentation and data.
- Experience with problem-solving and mediation.
- Experience with or ability to learn progressive discipline actions and performance feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’sorBachelor’s degree in Human Development, Psychology, or related field.
- Knowledge of the Oregon Developmental Disabilities Services and Adult I/DD Case Management systems.
- At least 6 months of management or supervisory-related experience.
- Experience using online systems, such as “When to Work”,eXPRS, and Therap.
- Knowledge of I/DD Individual Support Plan forms and implementation.
