Role & Responsibilities -

o15 to 20 years of Experience in Engineering industry, preferably in Agricultural / Off highway industry

oMaintain and demonstrate knowledge of client’s industry, products, markets, competition, and financial positions in a way to benefit the engagement.

oIdentify potential areas of engagement and potential solutions to client’s issues and coordinate with Business Development Manager and Account Delivery Manager.

oUnderstand and convey to the teams regarding client expectations at a program level.

oManage Customer requirement handling and help Account management evolve strategies with a focus on Customer Delight.

oProactively develop strong relationships with the client managers and stakeholders.

oWork with our onsite & offshore teams to focus on value addition

oTrack service levels and initiate process improvement.

oWork with Account Delivery Manager (ADM) and Business Development Manager to develop Account growth plan and implement actions.

oIdentification of new competencies according to Client programs and share with ADM for developing them in the account.
