ERG is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Program Support Specialist to support a complex, onsite federal program. This role will provide coordination across program operations, health and safety, quality assurance, and staff support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, communicates clearly and effectively, and consistently delivers high-quality work while supporting a diverse technical team.

Job Description:

  • Support day-to-day program operations, scheduling, documentation, and coordination with federal and contractor teams
  • Work closely with the Program Management Office to facilitate program operations and functional tasks
  • Assist with onsite health and safety initiatives, including reporting, training logistics, compliance tracking, safety program support, and preparation for H&S inspections
  • Support quality assurance activities, including document control, QA review and tracking, and audit preparation
  • Serve as a staff liaison by supporting onboarding processes, workspace coordination, and general staff needs
  • Assist with meeting preparation, including agendas, notes, and action item tracking
  • Maintain organized program files, logistics, and operational resources
  • Provide responsive, professional support to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience supporting federal programs, scientific teams, or onsite operations preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with health and safety, quality assurance, or administrative coordination is a plus
  • Ability to work onsite daily and maintain a professional presence with federal clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting regularly with federal staff, contractors, and program leadership
