Project Architect / Project Manager

Job Summary:
Manage commercial architecture projects from design through construction, coordinating clients, consultants, contractors, schedules, budgets, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial projects through design and construction phases.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Manage schedules, budgets, deliverables, and documentation.
• Coordinate permitting, entitlements, and plan-check approvals.
• Resolve technical, design, and construction issues.
• Review drawings and project documents for accuracy and quality.
• Mentor and support project team members.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial architectural project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Architectural license preferred.
• Experience managing commercial projects, consultants, clients, and contractors.
• Knowledge of building codes, permitting, entitlements, and CEQA.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
