Project-Based Data Management Specialist (HubSpot)

We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented Data Management Specialist to help us complete a time-sensitive data cleanup and management project. This role is ideal for someone who is highly accurate, catches inconsistencies, thinks critically, and can work independently with minimal training.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, clean, organize, and update data in HubSpot
• Verify records and identify missing, duplicate, or inconsistent information
• Review deals, contacts, and related data for accuracy
• Identify discrepancies and independently research errors
• Correct data issues and maintain accurate, consistent records
• Complete assigned data projects accurately and within deadlines
• Identify potential data problems and recommend solutions
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM is required
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to identify discrepancies and independently research errors
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Strong follow-through and ability to see tasks through to completion
• Ability to prioritize deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision
• Proactive and takes ownership of assigned responsibilities
• Ability to learn new software and procedures quickly
• Highly organized and dependable

Project Details

• Project duration: Approximately 30 days
