What You Will Do:
Provide regular look-ahead status reporting and support to the Pipeline Core Programs Execution Manager and a team of 5 Project Managers on upcoming deliverables ensuring pipeline right of way projects within the Core Programs Pipe Repair and Replacement Worktype Plan are progressing according to plan.
Organize, attend, and participate in internal and external partner meetings, providing a single point of contact for the Project Managers for various Core Programs Initiatives.
Ensure various Projects organizational and compliance systems are populated and maintained (Power BI, Kahua, SharePoint, JIRA, Maximo, Encompass, Oracle, etc.).
Lead the coordinator of project closeouts, working directly with construction, regional operations, project controls, environment, lands and finance stakeholders.
Track and ensure resolution of stakeholder requests. This includes third party access to Enbridge systems.
Make and send presentations and reports as needed to appropriate departments, companies, and agencies.
Who You Are:
Degree, diploma, or certificate in a related technical field.
4 or more years of relevant project experience or an equivalent combination of education and construction/engineering/operations experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and office software tools. Experience with SharePoint, TEAMS and Power BI is an asset.
Motivated self-starter, with great people skills who work well independently in a fast-paced team environment.
Predict obstacles, challenges, and risks to proactively determine mitigation strategies and innovative solutions to problems.
Working Conditions:
Office environment.
<10% travel for periodic trips to other Enbridge offices and remote field construction jobsites. Ability to travel throughout Canada and United States. Valid passport is required.
A valid driver's license and maintenance of a responsible driving record is required which will be validated before hire.
