Project Coordinator, Technology Operations
Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Technology Operations team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating planned projects, managing ad hoc tasks, and eventually taking ownership of projects under the guidance of our experienced team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Tech teams to coordinate planned projects.
- Follow up with team members on project deliverables and timelines.
- Schedule meetings, collect updates, and track progress towards project completion.
- Handle ad hoc project tasks, including logistical support and basic research.
- Gather performance metrics.
- Enter requisitions and new vendors into Oracle for procurement purposes.
- Conduct research and legwork for vendor management to support decision-making.
- Assist in documentation tasks such as formatting PowerPoint decks, meeting notes, and updating the Confluence wiki.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in a software company or technology-related environment.
- Able to work in the Hyderabad office 3 days a week.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with Claude Code/Cowork or other Agentic AI tools is a plus.
- Certification in project management methodologies is a plus.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Aha!, Sigma, and Confluence is a plus.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient with AI or possesses a hunger to become proficient.
- Excellent at prioritizing competing priorities and aligning with project stakeholders on deliverables.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes.
- Self-driven with strategic thinking and attention to detail.
