We are looking for a proactiveProject Coordinatorto manage dubbing and audio production projects. This role ensures smooth coordination between teams, clients, and partners to deliver high-quality outputs on time.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate project kick-offs and asset handovers
• Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams
• Communicate schedules and requirements clearly
• Identify risks and resolve project issues proactively
• Ensure all materials are complete before production
• Maintain accurate project data and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Proficient inEnglish (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects
• Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
