Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Complete Project Deployment
• Oversee the deployment of the Infraon product suite from initial kickoff through to project completion.
• Ensure that timelines, scope, and quality standards are met consistently.
• Facilitate project sign-offs and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.

1. Project Scope & Planning
• Comprehend and document the project scope, deliverables, and implementation procedures.
• Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation plans.

1. Customer Coordination & Communication
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the deployment phase.
• Provide consistent updates to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
• Promptly address and resolve any customer issues or concerns.

1. Product Installation & Configuration
• Perform installation and configuration of Infraon products including IMS, Desk, NCCM, and Secura.
• Guarantee smooth integration with customer environments.

1. Technical Support & Issue Resolution
• Respond to customer inquiries related to deployment and ongoing product usage.
• Escalate bugs or issues to the development team as necessary.

1. User Training & Handover
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for end users.
• Manage UAT sign-offs and collect feedback for product enhancements.

1. Project Reporting & Documentation
• Provide regular status updates to all relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring data confidentiality.

1. Additional Responsibilities
• Travel to customer sites to deliver deployment and training support when necessary.
• Contribute to achieving organizational objectives through successful project execution.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Network Management Systems (NMS) and Helpdesk tools.
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking fundamentals, Linux, and SQL.
• Strong analytical skills to assess project requirements and troubleshoot effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to engage with customers and deliver effective presentations.
• Rapid learner with adaptability to changing environments.
• Ability to work efficiently under strict deadlines.
