Project Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

1-Design the project and collaborate with stakeholders to define the project scope and requirements.

2-Develop comprehensive project plans that outline architectural design and engineering activities.

3-Building the BOQ based on the business required, Approved Design, and Requirements.

4-Architectural Design:

-Provide the project manager input during project conceptualization and design phases.

- Ensure that design concepts align with practical engineering considerations, feasibility, and safety.

5- Apply architectural and engineering knowledge to review and assess design drawings, specifications, and plans.

6- Facilitate effective communication among team members to ensure alignment with project objectives.

7- Address technical issues, modifications, and design changes during the project lifecycle.

8- Apply architectural and engineering knowledge to review and assess design drawings, specifications, and plans.

9- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with architectural plans and specifications.

10- Ensure that architectural designs and construction adhere to industry standards, codes, and regulations.

11- Conduct regular site inspections to assess quality and compliance with design intent in addition to the regular site assessment and evaluation.

12- Create and maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, progress reports, and weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.

-2 Years of experience.

-Very good in Interior and Exterior Design.

- Architectural license or certification, if applicable.

-Strong architectural design skills and technical knowledge.

-Proficiency in architectural software like AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, or similar tools.

-Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and client interactions.

-Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in addressing design and construction challenges.
