The Project Engineer - Industrial Launch is responsible for leading manufacturing launch activities for both TOW (Transfer Of Work) or production transfer programs and new product introductions (NPI) in a new automotive component manufacturing plant. The role manages all industrialization activities from BOM release in SAP through Start of Production (SOP), ensuring manufacturing readiness, quality compliance, and successful project execution.

The position serves as the primary coordinator of cross-functional launch activities and is accountable for industrial project delivery, including manufacturing process implementation, equipment and tooling readiness, production validation, PPAP submission, and factory stage-gate approvals. The role focuses exclusively on internal manufacturing and industrial launch activities and does not manage customer-facing communications.
