We’recurrently seeking aPrincipal Systems Engineer to join our team and help us drive technical solutions and intelligence delivery to ourclients.

WhatYou’llDo

AsanProjectEngineer,you’lltackle complex decision-making challengesand help mentor/guidethe execution of technical engineering across the portfolio of projects and interacting with stakeholders to ensure alignment between engineering, analysis, andtechnical reporting.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Defining/refiningrequirements, analyzing datasets, and building recommendations to inform key strategic decisions

• Developing and applying toolsand processes tooptimizetechnical delivery

• Creating detailed, insightful reports and visualizations for leadership and stakeholders

• Collaborating with engineers, scientists, and managementto refine our technical approaches and outputs

Essential Skills and Responsibilities

• Experience using professional concepts to shapeprogrammaticstrategies and solutions

• Ability to independently analyze and interpret complex systems

• Strong communicationskills to present technical findings clearly and effectively

• Experience evaluating test results andidentifyingkey system performance indicators

• Capacity to work through ambiguity, design experiments with limited data, and reduce concept uncertainty

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to translate business needs into actionableoutcomes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experiencewith complex engineering programs

• 10+ yearssupportingthe intelligence community

• 10+ years guiding andassistingsenior military officers and executives

• Master’s degree inSTEM field

• Active TS/SCI clearance

Desired Experience

• Prior work with advanced military concepts and technology development

• Familiarityworking intechnical engineeringenvironments
