Roles and Responsibilities
Project manage our current forest planning and operations business lines. We want to emphasize that we would really like you to be more of a PM and Mentor than a Senior Technician. Field time will mostly be a mentoring role with both new hires and mentoring Sr techs on difficult ground. Thus as it is with most PM jobs you will be required to develop project plans, safety, timelines, budgets and resource allocations (the regular stuff). As mentioned, a big focus of your time will be creating, growing and mentoring your team.
