Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Project Leader with strong expertise in petrochemical and oil & gas contracting projects. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in mega turnarounds, shutdowns, and mechanical/erection/industrial cleaning works within petrochemical plants.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage petrochemical / oil & gas site projects.

• Plan and execute Mega Turnaround, Turnaround & Shutdown activities.

• Coordinate with client representatives, planners, and site teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.

• Drive project progress while ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Manage contract execution and handle client communications & negotiations.

• Supervise mechanical, erection, hydrojetting, catalyst handling, heavy lifting, and industrial cleaning activities.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations in hazardous petrochemical environments.

• Monitor site fabrication activities and specialized cutting operations (40K Pump / Cold Cutting).

• Maintain proper documentation and reporting.

Required Experience

• Minimum 15 years of experience in contracting for Petrochemical / Oil & Gas sector.

• Experience in reputed contracting companies handling:

  • Mechanical works

  • Erection works

  • Industrial cleaning in petrochemical plants

• Strong experience in plant turnaround & shutdown projects.

• Experience in Jubail / Yanbu region preferred.

• Similar petrochemical project experience in India may also be considered.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred from a reputed institution).

• PMI Certification – Preferred

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Hydro jetting

  • Catalyst handling

  • Heavy lifting operations

  • On-site fabrication

  • Petrochemical / hazardous work environments

  • 40K Pump / Cold cutting operations

  • Contract management

• Proficient in:

  • MS Word & MS Excel

  • Email communication

  • Contract negotiations

• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
