Project Management Office Lead

Unique Employment are looking for a Project Manager for our client based in Spalding.

This is a fantastic permanent position, with an immediate start for the right person.

Working hours:

Monday - Friday

8.00am - 17.00pm

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and improve the consistency and effectiveness of PMO and project processes and standards
• Ensure project costs are closely monitored and benefits realisation and project deliverables are tracked such that deviations and performance issues are reported, escalated and resolved.
• Deliver performance through monitoring project progress
• Apply the PMO support process to designated projects, effectively monitoring, reporting and escalating
• Ensure that effective controls are in place to manage/assess impact of key risks and issues
• Monitor the Project Team’s SharePoint site, to ensure documentation, content, file structure and discipline are maintained.

The ideal candidate:

• Must have good communication skills
• Be punctual
• Computer literate
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Be reliable and flexible
