Job Title: Project Management Officer (PMO)
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia


We are partnering with a leading fintech company looking to hire an experienced Project Management Officer (PMO) to join their growing team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Manager and SMEs in tracking project progress and status

  • Coordinate with stakeholders and align team members toward project goals

  • Prepare project reports on status, issues, risks, and budget

  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and maintain project documentation

  • Support improvements to PMO processes, tools, and workflows

  • Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as needed


Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field

  • 5+ years experience in Project/Program Management Office in IT projects

  • Knowledge of project management concepts, Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Agile Scrum, etc.) is a plus

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn

  • While strong English language proficiency is essential, the ability to converse in Mandarin is desirable for liaising with Chinese-speaking clients.
