Project Manager (AI Solutions Rollout)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong delivery mindset and a passion for AI-driven transformation projects to coordinate conversational AI initiatives across multiple teams and business units in an international environment.

This is a full-time hybrid opportunity for specialists based in Germany, with regular on-site presence in Koblenz. You will play a key role in driving pilot rollouts, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring measurable business impact across customer-focused AI initiatives.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of conversational AI and digital transformation projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technical domains
• Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate pilot rollouts across multiple business units and locations
• Facilitate communication between central and local stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, delivery KPIs, and business impact
• Organize workshops, planning sessions, and stakeholder meetings
• Ensure transparent reporting and proactive issue resolution
• Support Agile delivery processes and maintain execution focus
• Drive project delivery with strong ownership and accountability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial experience in Project Management within technology, digital transformation, or AI-related projects
• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects
• Strong project delivery and coordination skills
• Experience with planning, task management, risk management, and dependency tracking
• Experience coordinating pilot rollouts and stakeholder alignment
• Ability to track project progress, KPIs, and business impact
• Experience working with business and technical stakeholders in multinational environments
• Good understanding of Agile project management approaches and tools
• Familiarity with conversational AI solutions, chatbots, voicebots, AI agents, or similar technologies
• Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery
• Advanced English level
• Based in Germany with availability for regular on-site presence in Koblenz

WILL BE A PLUS

• Experience with AI implementation projects within Customer Operations or Customer Service
• Experience with chatbot, voicebot, or AI agent rollouts
• Experience managing pilots across several business units or locations
• Experience working in consulting or contractor environments
• Intermediate German level or higher
