Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a large-scale banking transformation initiative.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable managing complex projects, driving senior banking stakeholders, and working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment

Requirements

Key Responsibilities 💻

• Lead and drive strategic banking transformation initiatives

• Manage complex projects involving senior banking stakeholders and executive-level decision-makers

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

• Work closely with Business Analysts and technical teams to align business and delivery objectives

• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations

• Support initiatives related to T+1 settlement implementation and related business processes

• Ensure project delivery aligns with the European regulatory environment and industry standards

• Facilitate communication between business, technology, and executive stakeholders

What will you need 💪

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in complex enterprise environments

• Previous experience in Big4 consulting or a similar consulting background is a strong advantage

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior banking executives

• Good understanding of Business Analysis principles and methodologies

• Knowledge of T+1 settlement processes within capital markets or banking

• Familiarity with the European financial regulatory landscape

• Excellent project planning, coordination, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, delivery-focused mindset
