Role Overview:

As a Project Manager at Cargoo, you will lead cross-functional logistics and technology projects from planning through implementation. Taking ownership as the central link between internal teams, partners, and customers, you’ll manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to guarantee successful project outcomes. This role combines strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, and technology integration to drive Cargoo’s mission of digitalizing global freight management.

This role can be pursued In person based out of our Headquarters in Zurich, or remotely from Warsaw or Prague.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
  • Align project objectives with Cargoo’s strategic goals and client expectations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, procurement, finance, legal, and technology.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and logistics partners.
  • Facilitate transparent communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and drive process improvements.
  • Oversee the implementation and integration of technology solutions within logistics operations.
  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and service quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management within the logistics or supply chain sector, ideally in a 4PL or digital freight environment.
  • Proven experience managing RFI/RFQ processes and cross-functional project delivery.
  • Strong understanding of procurement, contract management, and logistics operations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, SaaS models, and SDLC processes.
  • Knowledge of contract law and procurement frameworks.
  • Background in digital freight forwarding or logistics technology platforms.
