• 3+ Years as a Project Manager. PM should have some experience with Search products like Endeca/Solr and should have practiced Agile methodology in their projects
• Technical E-commerce (Specifically Search) experience
• PM for Software development in a corporate setting
• Tactful, sharp communicator
• Methodology: Agile or XP"
