Summary of Responsibility:

The Project Manager will oversee engineering projects including new product development, product improvement, and product lifecycle. They will outline project goals and deliverables, creating realistic timelines, set milestones and monitor daily tasks. The Project Manager will be responsible for recognizing road blocks and assist in facilitating solutions.

What You Will Contribute:

• Create timelines and milestones for projects

• Monitor progress and talk daily with team members and management regarding road blocks

• Facilitate meetings and brain storm solutions to road blocks as necessary

• Create standard procedures for project completion

• Implement project tracking standards

Qualifications & Competencies:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Understanding of Microsoft Office

• Demonstrated success in project management or leadership

• Collaborative communicator, building strong relationships and fostering teamwork
