Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery
  • Manage multiple catering implementation projects at one time across the UK and Northern Ireland, ensuring successful delivery against agreed timelines and scope
  • Take full ownership of projects throughout their lifecycle, from scoping and planning through to delivery, go-live and handover to Support and Account Management teams
  • Apply appropriate project management methodologies and follow project processes, ensuring consistent standards and governance are followed
Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with Sales to support new projects, contributing to early engagement and detailed scoping with external Project Manager and stakeholders
  • Facilitate project scoping and kick-off meetings with customers and all relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage customer expectations through clear, proactive and effective communication
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, completing a minimum of 1 hour weekly call a week
Cross department collaboration
  • Coordinate with remote technical teams to manage the delivery of the technical solution
  • Work with the Training team to ensure appropriate training is planned and delivered (remote and on-site)
  • Manage hardware requirements in collaboration with Utelize, ensuring stock requested in timely manner and successful delivery
  • Work closely with Support and Account Management teams to ensure a smooth transition into Business-as-Usual support
Governance, Risk and Reporting
  • Identify, manage and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating where appropriate
  • Manage change requests, assessing impact and ensuring changes are agreed and communicated with all stakeholders
  • Produce and maintain all project documentation, including Project Plans, Action Registers and Project Initiation Documents
  • Provide regular project updates and reporting to the Programme Manager, highlighting progress, risks, issues and achievements

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Experience
  • Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end projects simultaneously using recognised project management methodology
  • Experience working closely with customers and senior internal stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including technical, training and operational teams
  • Experience managing external suppliers or third-party partners
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong project planning, organization and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences
  • Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence and build strong working relationships at all levels
  • Highly resilient, results-driven and comfortable managing competing priorities and tight deadlines
Knowledge & Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, documentation and governance
