- Provides project management leadership on a small project or sub-project within multi-year engagements.
- Manages all aspects of assigned projects throughout the project lifecycle including project scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs, issues, risks, communications and changes.
- Develops customer specific project management plans that include the management of scope, schedule, cost, resources/organization, communications, risks, issues, quality, configuration/documentation and procurement.
- Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule to include milestones, tasks, and target/actual dates of completion.
- Revises project plans and schedules as appropriate as a result of approved changed requests.
- Prepares and submits project status reports to management and conduct regularly scheduled project status update meetings.
- Facilitates the identification and management of project risks, issues and action items.
- Facilitates the project change management process.
- Communicates with all areas affected by the project to include internal subject matter experts, external corporate departments and customers.
- Prepares materials and trains project team members in the use of project management process and tools.
- Facilitates and participates in technical / business discussions, requirements clarification sessions, etc. as required.
Qualifications
- Healthcare experience (Payer side)
- IVR and/or CTI experience
