Project Manager

About the Role
XDove Indonesia is looking for a highly driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from planning to execution. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality by coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders.
Projects may include large-scale collection initiatives, system and process improvements, operational optimization, and other strategic company initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and can drive execution across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.

• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.

• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines and targets are achieved.

• Coordinate and align cross-functional teams, including the Acquisition Team, Implementation Team, Audit Team, Annotation Team, Engineering/Product (where applicable), and other internal and external stakeholders.

• Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and proactively develop mitigation plans.

• Track project performance and provide regular progress updates to management.

• Ensure effective communication across all stakeholders and maintain accountability throughout project execution.

• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across projects.

• Facilitate meetings, document action items, and ensure timely follow-up.

• Support strategic initiatives beyond collection projects, including system improvements and operational excellence initiatives.

Qualifications
Required

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university.

• Excellent project management, organizational, and execution skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Preferred

• Master’s degree from a leading overseas university, particularly in the United States.

• Prior experience leading cross-functional operational or technology-related projects.

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.

• Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred.
