About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager – Design & Product Development to lead critical engineering projects. You will play a pivotal role in driving our sustainability strategy, focusing on phasing out hazardous materials from our products and ensuring the development of high-quality designs across engine and driveline platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager for Design, you will:

• Lead Sustainability Initiatives: Drive projects to phase out hazardous materials from products, contributing to our long-term sustainability goals.
• Holistic Product Oversight: Oversee projects that span multiple engine platforms, integrating efforts across departments.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, including purchasing, production, testing, and design departments.
• Team Leadership: Guide and coordinate a team of designers working on engines and drivelines.
• CAD Support: Assist CAD design engineers by developing documentation, maturing products in the CAD system, redesigning models, and resolving design challenges.
• Technical Contributions: Create detailed DCNs (Design Change Notices), CAD assemblies, and technical drawings to ensure product readiness and quality.
