✅ Lead & Deliver Complex Electromobility Projects

• Oversee projects from pre-study to industrialization and market launch
• Manage cross-functional teams of engineers & project managers
• Drive innovation and excellence in product development

✅ Stakeholder & Executive Engagement

• Interface with senior leadership, steering committees, and global teams
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and industry standards
• Provide strategic insights and high-level decision-making

✅ Project & Risk Management

• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Identify and mitigate risks and operational challenges
• Ensure on-time and high-quality project delivery
