Project Manager - Digital Power

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Bulgaria Digital Power Business Department. In this role, you will lead the delivery of key projects in the energy storage and power sector, working at the intersection of technology, customers, and cross-functional teams.

Job Title: Project Manager

Job Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of key projects, applying strong project delivery (PD) experience from end to end

• Collaborate effectively across internal teams and with external partners

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring engagement and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

• Work closely with project processes and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution

• Apply knowledge of BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) where relevant to project success

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electric Technology, Information Technologies, or Automatic Control Engineering

• Proven project experience in battery storage, photovoltaics, or the energy storage industry

• Transformer commissioning experience is a strong advantage

• Familiarity with project internal and external processes, or knowledge of BESS, is preferred

• Strong delivery management experience, including PD experience on key projects

• Excellent internal and external collaboration capabilities

• Strong customer communication and engagement skills

• Proficient in using electrical tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes

• Willingness to communicate directly with clients

• Good command of English

• Willingness to travel for business and provide onsite service as required
