As a result of an exciting growth opportunity in the company, we are seeking a Project Manager for large loss insurance to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

As a Project Manager at ABC Group, you will manage a portfolio of residential building repair projects across Queensland and New South Wales. You will have proven project and people management skills with a track record of delivering multiple residential projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Your day-to-day duties will include (but not limited to);

• Coordination and delivery of complex, multi-trade projects whilst maintaining excellent customer service
• Liaising with our extensive sub-contractor trade base and your project team to allocate and schedule works throughout your repair portfolio
• Providing timely updates to insurance companies, homeowners and internal stakeholders
• Managing and coordinating your project team, fostering growth and development
• Ensuring all work is being completed to the highest possible quality within budget and safety standard
• Actively celebrating the success of our team!

To ensure your success you will possess the following:

• Highly experienced scheduling projects within the construction industry.
• Previous experience in project managing multi-trade construction sites.
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability in overseeing and directing the work of others in multiple locations.
• High attention to detail, with previous experience in quality control, highly regarded.
• Excellent communication with strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Sound computer literacy (previous experience using estimating / project management software is a bonus!)
• Strong understanding of building regulations, codes and OHS standards.
