We are currently seeking a a highly motivated Project Manager for overseeing the daily operational execution, collaborating with project teams, and acting as the principal point of coordination and communication among stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily IT service delivery to ensure alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)"
- Collaborate with support teams to optimize service performance, availability, and capacity and manage relationships with third-party vendors or service provider
- Provide periodic service reports to stakeholders
- Drive service improvements to boost efficiency, cut costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with ITSM teams to address process, training, and policy gaps.
- Lead and mentor teams, promoting accountability and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years experience in IT service delivery, service management, or a related role.
- Proficiency in English language is essential for this position.
- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks (ITIL certification preferred).
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Strong sense of responsibility, results orientation and proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and enterprise systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Possession of ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification or a higher level certification is advantageous.
- It is preferable to have experience in cloud computing, cybersecurity, or DevOps, along with a solid understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
