Project Manager – R&D

Do you enjoy leading complex development projects where technology, customer needs, and business priorities need to come together?

We are looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of key R&D projects and lead them from requirements and development through to delivery. You will have a central role in R&D, creating clarity, driving decisions and keeping projects moving. Working with experienced engineering teams and key stakeholders, you will turn complex challenges into solutions that deliver real customer value.

The Team you will be part of

You will join FalCom R&D, where we develop advanced communication solutions for demanding environments. We develop complex multidisciplinary solutions that integrate with our customers' communication systems.

We work closely across R&D, Product Management, Operations, and Commercial teams to develop reliable products and customer solutions.

We value technical expertise, collaboration and ownership. We communicate openly, address risks early, and work together to deliver on our commitments.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will

• Lead complex R&D projects from planning through development and delivery
• Build and lead cross-functional project teams, with clear responsibility and commitments
• Own project plans, budgets and follow-up, including risks, dependencies and changes.
• Manage the resolution of project issues and escalate when decisions and support are needed
• Contribute to improving how we plan and execute projects across R&D

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you

• Have solid experience leading complex R&D or product development projects
• Have a good technical understanding of hardware, software and system integration
• Are experienced in leading cross-functional teams and working with different stakeholders
• Are structured and confident in managing plans, budgets, risks, dependencies and changing priorities
• Understand complex technical topics and can turn them into clear plans and communication
• Communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing
