Purpose of the role:

Responsible for managing end-to-end office and branch renovation projects, including project planning, administration, coordination, cost control, vendor management and governance, to ensure timely delivery in line with business requirements, internal policies and quality standards.

The role supports the delivery of commercial, retail, office and branch projects for the bank, working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants and vendors to achieve project objectives, maintaining proper documentation and supporting sustainability considerations throughout the renovation lifecycle.

What you will be doing:

• Manage end-to-end renovation projects for commercial, retail, office and branch premises, ensuring project delivery meets business requirements, agreed timelines, budget parameters and quality standards.

• Support project governance, including tender preparation, procurement coordination, cost control, budget monitoring, internal approval submissions and compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

• Work closely with the PSD Project Lead, internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors and vendors to coordinate project execution and monitor performance against agreed deliverables.

• Organize and facilitate project meetings with business representatives, procurement, control functions and other relevant parties to align requirements, resolve issues and track project progress.

• Ensure all project activities follow internal processes and obtain the required management approvals in accordance with applicable policies, procedures and control requirements.

• Maintain accurate project cost tracking, variation records, progress updates and supporting documentation to enable effective monitoring, reporting and audit readiness.

• Manage project records, data and documentation for audit, regulatory and internal review purposes, while supporting green and sustainability considerations in office and branch renovation projects.

• Capable of independently managing and completing assigned tasks while delivering effective solutions that consistently align with group and company guidelines in all situations.

What are we looking for:

• Higher Diploma or above in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 5 years of project management experience in retail/office/branch

• renovation project

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid
