Project Manager (Saudi Nationals)

JASARA PMC is on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a prominent joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional Social Infrastructure programs that align with Vision 2030. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing high-stakes projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

As a Project Manager at JASARA PMC, you will lead diverse project teams and coordinate efforts across various disciplines to drive project success. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to transformative initiatives that shape the future of infrastructure in Saudi Arabia and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Oversee all phases of project execution, from conception through completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and success criteria.
• Monitor project performance, track progress, and adjust plans as needed.
• Identify and manage project risks, challenges, and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Facilitate communication and reporting to leadership and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager in the construction or engineering sector.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects successfully.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
• Experience with large-scale hospitality and mixed-use projects is a must.
