Project Manager - Stockholm

Weare now looking for a Project Managerto our R&Doffice in Stockholm. You will be part of the Multichannel Products department (MCP), focusing onthe development ofin first handnewnetwork video products, but the scopeof the projects may broaden as wegrow.

Who is yourfuture team?

The Multichannel Products department is part of the Extended Video Products organizationwithin R&D, and developsnew videoproducts from idea to massproduction.

You will be part of a team of three project managers in Stockholm and have five more colleaguesin Lund. In the projects you will work close with engineers in roles such as software engineers, electronic engineers, mechanical engineers, technical leads and imaging engineers. Other crucial members in our product development projects are industrial leads, production test engineers, sourcing engineers and quality engineers.

Our goal is to run highly efficient product development projects and deliver top-quality products that strengthen Axis' market-leading position.

What you'll do here as Project Manager

You will lead product development projects ranging all the way from idea, through conceptual design, execution phase, industrialization and finally handover to volume production. You will typically run two to three projects in parallel, with daily responsibilities such as:

• Work with the Product Owner to refineproductideas and requirements

• Handleday-to-dayproject management activitiessuch as planning, risk mitigation and followingup on project progress

• Lead and motivate the project team towardssuccessfulgoalcompletion

• Actively look for solutions, includingtechnicalones, and drive decision making

• Identifysynergies and managedependenciesacrossprojects

• Set ambitiousyetrealisticschedulesand support the team in reachingthem

• Advocate foryourproject and workpersistentlytowardstollgate deadlines

• Contributewithideas on howwecanimproveourwayofworking

Whoareyou?

Youtakeresponsibility for creatingclarity for yourproject team and, togetherwithyour colleagues, helpbuildwell-functioningoperations. The role is highly collaborative. Youcommunicateclearlywith a widerangeofcolleagues and stakeholdersinside andoutside the organization, and youactivelycontribute to a good team spirit.

We see that you haveexperience ofleading product development projects involving a mix of software, electronics and mechanics. You have an engineering degree in relevant field. Experience from industrialization and hand-over to volumeproduction is a plus.

Professional working proficiency in Swedish and English, spoken and written, is required for this role.
