Project Manager – USAidam Professional Support Services

About the Role

Smarthost Design Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA), USAidam Professional Support Services program. The Project Manager will provide day-to-day leadership and management of the contractor workforce supporting EOUSA's Identity and Access Management (IAM) environment and will serve as the primary management interface with Government stakeholders.

This is a full-time position supporting a Federal Government contract, with a target start date of September 29, 2026.

What you'll do

• Provide overall leadership and management oversight across USAidam program activities.
• Manage contractor personnel, workloads, schedules, assignments, priorities, and staffing coverage.
• Serve as the primary management interface with the Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and other Government stakeholders.
• Monitor contract performance, deliverables, service levels, risks, issues, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate and oversee required reports, deliverables, and Government communications.
• Identify and manage operational and performance risks and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
• Oversee quality control activities and corrective actions.
• Coordinate personnel onboarding, access readiness, transition, and knowledge-transfer activities.
• Maintain continuity of operations and required staffing throughout contract performance.
• Support coordination across help desk, SailPoint, Okta, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and other USAidam technical functions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing Federal Government IT, cybersecurity, Identity and Access Management (IAM), or similarly complex technology programs.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams and contract personnel.
• Strong experience with project planning, staffing, scheduling, risk management, performance monitoring, reporting, and quality control.
• Experience working directly with Government customers, Contracting Officers, CORs, and technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with IAM technologies and environments involving identity governance, authentication, privileged access management, and related cybersecurity services.
• Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate technical and operational teams in a mission-critical environment.
• Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain the security clearance and Government suitability/access required for the position.

Work Location & Schedule

• Location: Washington, DC, supporting the DOJ Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA).
• Work Arrangement: Primarily onsite. Remote work may be authorized by the Government on a case-by-case basis and should not be considered a permanent remote-work arrangement.
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Core Hours: Personnel must be available during the Government's core operating hours of 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM Eastern Time, with the remaining work hours scheduled in accordance with contract and operational requirements.
• Target Start Date: September 29, 2026.
• Employment: Contingent upon contract award and satisfaction of applicable Government suitability, security, and access requirements.
