JOB SUMMARY 

The Project Manager is the “person assigned by the performing organization to lead the team that is responsible for achieving the project objectives"

Working Location: Shanghai / Wuxi.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Responsibility

• Lead the project team and the project; achieve project objectives with TTM (Time to Market) process
• Project category and project type identify according toprocess guideline; Procedure models identify regarding waterfall/hybrid/Agile methods based on the project complexity
• Establish the project management plan based on the project charter, integrating lessons learned from other projects
• Implement the project management plan together with the project team and all other resources; assume target responsibility for the project team members to the extent of their involvement in the project
• Appropriately apply all Project Management Knowledge Areas, respecting all relevant regulations Authority
• Make decisions within the approved project management plan
• Escalate decision needs beyond the project management plan to the project sponsor or steering committee, if installed

Qualifications

• EDUCATION Engineering Bachelor or above
• WORKING EXPERIENCE >2 years project management experience in manufacturing industry, ODM projects and international projects experience is preferred
• KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Professional competence on project management of schedule, scope, cost, resource and risk etc.- Interpersonal competence on communication, cooperation of intercultural skills and stakeholder engagement-Leadership of team management and facilitation
• LANGUAGE Fluent English communication
• OTHERS (Mobility, Travel, etc.) Business trip domestic/international oversea for a short term assignment
