Requirements of the Project Sales Representative:

Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering preferred.

5+ years of relevant trade experience, licensed HVAC technician, mechanical engineering and/or design work experience.

5 years of hands-on construction project management overseeing trade-specific work.

Experience qualifying prospects and conducting effective sales presentations.

Ability to report to office in Auburn, Maine daily.

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.

OSHA certification, EPA license, or Maine/NH gas, oil, or plumbing licenses preferred.

Responsibilities of the Project Sales Representative:

Build customer relationships across multiple markets and conduct site visits to evaluate needs.

Develop scopes of work, estimates, and proposals and present solutions to customers.

Manage projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, materials, vendors, subcontractors, and job site oversight.

Survey mechanical systems, identify problems and propose solutions in a timely manner.

Identifies prospects in assigned market. Promptly follow up on leads and referrals.

Maintain an active backlog of quotes to ensure booking goal is consistently met.
