Company Overview
For 60 years, REDICO has been building more than places. We’ve been building relationships, creating opportunity and finding new ways to make properties—and the communities around them—stronger.
Founded by the late Robert Sosnick, REDICO has grown from a real estate development company into a diversified national platform spanning office, retail, multifamily, senior housing, industrial, health care and life sciences, mixed-use, R&D, technology and entertainment.
Our breadth gives us perspective. Our experience gives us confidence. And our entrepreneurial approach keeps us looking ahead.
At the heart of REDICO is a simple mission: to create and maximize real estate value for our company, our people, our partners, our investors, our customers and the communities we serve.
We believe the best results come from doing things the right way with integrity, accountability, collaboration and a commitment to delivering on our word. That philosophy has guided REDICO for six decades and continues to shape every investment, partnership and project we pursue.
Because real estate is about more than buildings.
It’s about recognizing potential, bringing people together and creating places that stand the test of time.
