National Mortgage Field Services is looking for a dependable local contractor to complete property inspections throughout the Phoenix metro area and Maricopa County, including Phoenix, Gilbert, Scottsdale, Surprise, Sun City West, and surrounding communities.

Available assignments include exterior property inspections, occupancy checks, door-hanger tasks, and other straightforward field-service assignments. The work generally involves visiting assigned properties, taking required photos, documenting basic property-condition or occupancy information, and submitting results through a mobile app.

This is flexible 1099 field work that you complete on your own schedule. No prior property inspection experience is required. We provide the training you need to get started.

What You’ll Do

• Drive to assigned residential properties in your local area.
• Take required property photos using your smartphone.
• Report basic property-condition and occupancy information.
• Complete simple field tasks such as door-hanger delivery when required.
