Property Management Internship | Summer 2027

Overview

Our Property Management Intern will assist with day-to-day management experience, including (but not limited to): budgeting, learning Fair Housing and occupancy standards, documentation, marketing, make-ready processes, leasing, and resident relations. The ideal candidate must be open to working weekends and this position will entail all work on-site at the property.

Qualifications

Training/Education

Must be at least a sophmore pursuing a college degree in business or related major

Valid Driver’s License and reliable private transportation

Maintain a 3.0 GPA or above
