Property Manager - Operations Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Property Manager / Operations Leader to oversee the daily operations of a residential community.

This is a leadership and operations role, focused on driving property performance, strengthening processes, and ensuring a consistently high-quality resident experience. You will serve as the operational leader for the property, supporting the team, addressing challenges, and identifying opportunities to improve how things work.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations for the residential community

• Manage and develop on-site leasing and maintenance teams

• Serve as the primary escalation point for operational and personnel issues

• Drive accountability for performance, service standards, and outcomes

• Oversee leasing performance, occupancy, and pricing activity

• Conduct regular 1:1s with team members to support growth and performance

• Identify gaps in process and implement operational improvements

• Track KPIs and ensure accurate property-level reporting

• Support lease-up activity and the integration of new acquisitions as needed

• Partner with centralized teams to improve systems and execution

Ideal Background

• Property management or hospitality/service leadership experience

• Experience managing residential property operations preferred

• Experience leading small teams, including leasing and maintenance

• Exposure to lease-ups, acquisitions, or property transitions is a plus

• Strong communicator with a people-first leadership style
